30 years in corporate taught me one thing: external success doesn't protect you from internal exhaustion.
I'm a certified cognitive coach from the Bennewicz Institute of Cognitive Science. I work with managers and leaders who are at a crossroads — and don't yet know which way to go.
For most of my professional life, I was on the other side of the table.
Manager, director, regional leader. Responsible for results, teams, numbers. I started at MasterCard — where I co-created the iconic "Priceless" campaign. Then two years at LEGO as Marketing Manager. Then almost twenty years at The Walt Disney Company: from Poland and the Baltic states, through Central Europe, to the position of EMEA Licensing Sales Director — with responsibility for four product categories and full P&L. My final corporate chapter: Displate, where as Director of Business Development I built the licensing portfolio and oversaw the artistic quality of the products.
I know the corporate world from the inside. The pressure to deliver, decisions made to meet expectations rather than values, meetings where everyone knows something isn't right — and nobody says it out loud.
I love the moment I see another person begin to flourish. When something that blocked them for years suddenly stops — and starts to support them instead. When someone who came asking "what's wrong with me?" begins to say "I know what I want." That is my mission.
I work with managers and leaders — people who have been effective for years and who suddenly start to feel something is missing. I know that world from my own experience. And I know that external success doesn't protect you from internal exhaustion — because I've seen it many times, including in myself.
Cognitive coaching gives me concrete tools to work with what's truly blocking someone — not with symptoms, but with the beliefs and thought patterns that create them. In combination with thirty years of corporate experience, it lets me speak to my clients in a language they understand — without oversimplification, without theory disconnected from reality. I work individually, online, in Polish and English.
How I work — through the lens of my strengths
My natural approach to the work is confirmed by my Gallup results. Five dominant talents — Individualisation, Maximiser, Learner, Responsibility and Consistency — translate directly into how I run the coaching process.
For 30 years I sat on the other side of the table.
Now I'm on your side.
