The method

Architecture of Inner Peace is a 6-week intensive cognitive coaching programme — designed specifically for people experiencing burnout or on the edge of it.

The name isn't coincidental. Architecture — because inner calm doesn't appear on its own. It's built consciously, step by step, on concrete foundations. Like a well-designed building: first a survey of the ground, then a blueprint, then the structure.

Over 6 weeks, we don't work with symptoms — we go deeply to the source. We examine the beliefs that create your exhaustion. The unconscious patterns working against you. We identify them and replace them with ones that support you.

Week 1 — "A Photograph of Your Life"
We start by stopping and seeing the whole picture. The Wheel of Life allows you to see clearly where you are now — professionally and personally. We set the goal of the process — your "north star" for the weeks ahead.
Weeks 2–6 — The coaching cycle
Each session works with concrete material from your life. We use cognitive tools tailored to your situation — the Iceberg technique, working with beliefs, the inner critic.

Between sessions: homework and observations. I'm available by email and phone — because important things don't wait until the next meeting.
After 6 weeks
