1. How is cognitive coaching different from therapy?
Therapy works with the past and psychological disorders — its goal is healing and returning to psychological health. Coaching is oriented toward the present and the future — it's work with someone who is functioning well but wants to change a specific pattern, regain clarity of thinking, or navigate a difficult professional or personal moment. Coaching doesn't replace therapy when therapy is what's needed. If during our work I believe you would benefit from speaking with a psychologist or therapist — I'll tell you directly and help you find the right person.
2. How many sessions do I need?
It depends on what you're bringing. I offer two formats: Programme of 6 sessions ("Architecture of Inner Peace") — a designed process with a clear goal and concrete direction. Good choice if you have a specific challenge you want to work through. Individual coaching process — flexible scope, pace and length agreed together. Good choice if you want to work on personal development more broadly. In both cases, we start with a free consultation — and decide together which format makes sense for you.
3. How much does a session and the programme cost?
Free consultation (30 min): no charge — always. Individual session (60 min): €100. Programme of 6 sessions: €550 — in the programme you save €50. Individual process: quote following consultation. Payment in advance — before the session or before the programme. Invoice issued.
4. What if I need to cancel a session?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before — no consequence. For an individual session: full refund or reschedule to another time. For the programme: reschedule to another time. Cancellation under 24 hours: the session is forfeited with no refund. My time is reserved for you — this rule applies equally to both of us.
5. How quickly can I start?
A free consultation (30 minutes) is guaranteed within one week of contact. Just click below and choose a time in the calendar.
6. Do I need to have a specific "problem" to start coaching?
You don't have to. Many clients come with a feeling that something isn't right — without a name for it, without a specific problem. That's sufficient reason to begin. Clarifying what you want to work on is part of the process itself — not a condition of entry.
7. Is coaching right for me if I've never had any kind of psychological support?
Absolutely. Coaching requires no preparation or prior experience. It's not a continuation of therapy — it's a standalone, self-contained development process. You can start whenever you're ready. If you have any concerns — book a free consultation. We'll check whether we understand each other and whether coaching is right for you.
8. Do you work in English?
Yes. I conduct sessions in both Polish and English. All sessions are online and fully location-flexible.
9. How is coaching different from mentoring and consulting?
A mentor shares their own experience and tells you what they did in a similar situation. A consultant analyses and recommends solutions. A coach does neither. My role is to ask questions and inspire you to discover yourself — not to give you answers. I believe you have the solution within you — you just don't have access to it yet. My work is to help you find it.
10. What does the free consultation look like — is it a sales call?
No. It's a 30-minute conversation, during which you describe your situation and I explain how I work. We check together whether there's good chemistry between us and whether this process makes sense for you. If I feel someone else would be a better fit — I'll say so directly. This is your process — and it's you who decides whether and when we begin.
11. What's the difference between the programme and an individual coaching process?
The programme of 6 sessions has a closed structure — you know in advance how many sessions, at what pace, and with what goal we're working. Good choice if you have a specific challenge and want to see change within a defined timeframe. The individual process is flexible — scope and length agreed together based on your situation. We work for as long as you need, regularly checking the direction. It's a format for those who want to work long-term on several areas at once, or whose situation calls for greater flexibility.
